Our team handles all aspects of property management. We will list your property in the mls and on several websites, schedule showings, and vet prospective tenants.
Once a tenant is approved, by you, we prepare the lease, handle all repair requests, collect monthly rent. You will receive a monthly statement along with your rental proceeds. This can be mailed or directly deposited into your bank account.
We handle all the paperwork for filing any landlord/tenant complaints or order for possession and eviction. We attend all hearings and follow-up with the court and tenants as required.
Our team also takes care of paperwork, scheduling and meeting inspectors for township, borough, city rental inspections.
If requested by the owner we conduct inspections of rental properties and issue a report and pictures.
