Absolute Real Estate and Property Management has been doing business in West Chester since 1967. We serve all of Chester County, Pennsylvania. We have a dedicated staff of Realtors working with Buyers, Sellers and Rental Property Owners and Tenants.

David Stinson, our Broker/Owner has been a Realtor for over 60 years. His experience in every aspect of Real Estate has assisted many clients and trained a large number successful Realtors. He continues to be an active member of our Agency and is always available for questions.

Our office support staff includes our Property Management bookkeeper, Nancy Cugini and Front Desk Coordinator, JoAnne McCoy.

Nancy, has several years bookkeeping experience and among her duties is generating owner monthly rental statements and year end 1099’s.

JoAnne, is a Realtor, and in addition to answering the phones, handles tenant repair requests and vendor payables.

RoseMary Clapper has been with our Agency since 2000. She is an Associate Broker and our Administrator/Office Manager.

Gary Nichols is an Associate Broker with a vast amount of experience. He works with clients looking to buy or sell a home, rental property owners and potential renters and continues to be a great asset to our Agency.
